Dirk Kuyper

Managing Director

Dirk Kuyper has been in the medical device industry for over 30 years and brings a wealth of knowledge, insight, and connections to his role as Managing Director of Joline Medical, LLC.  Dirk is currently the President and owner of Precision Machinists Company, a Massachusetts based producer of components for the semiconductor, defense, and medical device industries.  He also currently serves as an independent director for Centinel Spine, LLC, and previously served on the board of directors for Conmed, Corp. from 2013-2019.  Mr. Kuyper served as President and CEO  and board member of Alphatec Spine (NASDAQ: ATEC) from June of 2017 until February of 2012.  During that time, the company experienced record growth.  From 1990 to 2007, Mr. Kuyper served in various executive positions at Aesculap , Inc., a division of BBraun Meslungen, including as President, Executive VP and COO, VP of Sales and Marketing, and various sales positions of increasing responsibility.  In addition, Mr. Kuyper served on active duty in the U.S. Army for four years, achieving the rank of Captain.  Mr. Kuyper holds a B.Sc. in Biology from the University of Miami, and an Executive Education Certificate from the Graduate School of Sales and Marketing from the University of Syracuse.

 

Paul Wehrlin

Operations Manager

As Operations Manager, Paul Wehrlin oversees and executes the day-to-day management of all internal and external logistical, performance, financial, and client operations at Joline Medical, LLC.  Mr. Wehrlin brings over 25 years of knowledge and experience across various disciplines to his role, including several years as Project Operations Manager in the solar energy industry, overseeing hundreds of solar installation projects throughout the New England area.  Mr. Wehrlin has also held successful sales leadership, marketing, and operational positions in the telecommunications, international seafood, and international education and travel industries.   Mr. Wehrlin’s career has afforded him extensive experience living and working both in the U.S. and abroad.   He holds a B.A. in International Public Relations from the University of Minnesota.
